Salty caramel sauce


  • 100g suga
  • 30g butter
  • 1ooml whipping cream (liquid, not whipped)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Prepare all the ingredients before cooking because the actuall process of making the caramel is very quick. 

Put the sugar in a pan and wait for it to start malting, whisk it untill all the sugar will be melted. Be careful not to burn it, you will maybe have to put it off the heat while whisking.

Than add the butter and after it melts add the whipping cream slowly. Whisk for a couple of minutes so it becomes denser. 

You can serve it however you want, I love to eat it with a chocolate suffle.
