- 250g butter (must be soft-room temperature!)
- 350g flour
- Teaspoon of baking soda
- 150g shredded cheese (I used parmesan)
- Tablespoon of milk
- 2 eggs
- Topings of your choise
Preheat the oven to 180C.
In a bowl mix together the flour and baking soda. Add the cheese and mix. Than add the milk and one egg. Mix together in a dry mixture. At the end, add the butter and kneed into a soft and sticky dough.
Roll the dough into a thin sheet and put in on parchment paper.Cut it into small squares.
Make egg wash out of the rameining egg and spread it on the squares. Top them with the toping of your choise. I used pumpkin seeds, black sesame seeds and salt.
Bake them for about 15 minutes. You can eat them as a snack or serve them them with soupe.
