- 250g butter
- 150g coconut sugar
- 150g flour
- 250g rolled oats
- 150g sunflower seeds
- 150g sesame seeds
- 150g flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds + 1/2 cup water
Put the chia seeds in water aand let it cool for a while in the fridge.
Then mix the butter with sugar until u get a smooth cream. Add the flour and later the chia seeds.
When u get a soft like dough add all the seeds and mix well.
Form dough balls and let it bake for 15min on 190C.
