- 3 cups cooked chickpeas
- A handful of parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
First blend all the chickpeas in a smooth cream. 1/3 of it put a side and make it in humus of your choosing.
Add all the other ingredients to the rest of the chickpeas and blend into a smooth dough. Form balls and put them in the fridge for at least one hour.
When the falafels are ready put them in hot oil and fry them until they turn golden brown.
Serve them with humus and fresh cabbage salad.
