Vanilla Cupcakes



  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vanilla beans
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs

Preheat the Oven to 180C. Put the papper cupcakes into the cupcake pan.

In a small bowl stir together flour, baking powder and salt.

Stir the vanilla beans into the Milk.

Mix the butter a little until it turns smooth. Add sugar and continue mixxing. Then add one egg at the time and mix for another 4 minutes.

Now add milk and the flour mix to the batter starting and finishing with the dry ingredients.

With a spoon put the batter into the cupcake cups and bake for 10-15min.
