For the crust:
- 4oz almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons honey (you can also use maple or agave syrup)
For the top layer:
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
- 5oz dark chocolate
- Fresh berries (depending on how many you want to put on your bars)
Preheat the oven to 180C and put parchment paper in a baking pan.
In a bowl combine almond flour, coconut flour, salt baking soda and coconut sugar. Then add the melted coconut oil. Add the honey and mix well together all the ingredients.
Put the dough into a pan and bake it for about 10min, until the dough turn gold brown. After it’s baked let it cool completely, put it in the fridge if necessary.
Break the chocolate into small pieces and leave them in a small bowl. Meanwhile boil the coconut milk and pour it over the chocolate. Mix the two ingredients well and pour it over the dough when it cools down completely.
Put the fresh berries on the chocolate and put it in the fridge. Leave it there for at least 1hour until serving it.
